Bringing Healing Herbs into the Kitchen
with Allie Hawley
Food is medicine! Join us as we discuss different ways to bring the benefits of healing herbs into your daily life. Herbal medicine doesn't have to be complicated, it can be as simple as making an infused vinegar to use in your salad dressings on the reg. In this workshop we will discuss specific herbs and their benefits and make 3 different concoctions for you to bring home: an infused vinegar, honey, and salt!
ALLIE HAWLEY is a horticulturist, farmer, and herbalist living in central VA. She offers gardening services, plant potions, and educational experiences as Fiddlehead Farm & Apothecary. You can usually find her in the gardens or romping around the woods with her pup!
