Screen Printing

Pet Portraits Through Screen Monoprint

with Brooke Inman

Calendar Dec 14, 2019 at 1 pm

Bring a photo or drawing of your pet and make a colorful screen monoprint. Each screen monoprint you will make is one of a kind! Using chalk pastels and water-soluble mediums, we will draw directly onto the screen, and then print using transparent ink. Bring a digital picture of your pet and we'll print it out here. All materials used will be water-based and non-toxic. Beginners and veterans welcome!

Born in 1983, BROOKE INMAN grew up in the small town of DeMotte, Indiana. Brooke is a nature enthusiast who loves animals, especially her cat (Ellie) and her turtle (Horseshoe). Brooke Inman moved to Richmond, Virginia in 2006 to attend graduate school at VCU. She happily finds herself still living and working in Richmond, Virginia.
